Every trading day, once the company is listed

Open Capital

What to tell the market, and when?

The IR function that runs every day: watches the stock, the peers, the regulatory calendar and the risk signals, explains why the stock moved and prepares disclosures with a compliance gate.

The process

The IR day, on top of the trading session.

The price line draws through the day; when it reaches a step's hour, the marker lights up: collection, measures, explanation, watch, gated drafts. In between, the agent sleeps.

The architecture

Eleven sources, one gate.

Sources enter from the left and converge on the compliance gate; drafts leave from it. The gate closes when a source is missing or during blackout, and opens when everything checks out.

The chart

The calendar counting down.

Each obligation with its D-n and a checklist per document. Below D-10 the line turns orange and the projected fine appears per day of delay.

The cost of today

The IR function the mid-cap cannot afford.

Being public is expensive, and IR is the third most-cited cost among listed companies. What the market offers is expensive, English-only and SEC-centric; the mid-cap goes without a watch.

Who does the analysis

Not a chat. These are agents trained by practitioners.

The analysis is not done by the language model. It is done by autonomous and semi-autonomous agents, configured by you, trained on best practices and on the processes built by boutiques and market specialists: benchmarks, the business's competition, regulation and the routine of people who have done this for decades.

We built the intelligence from the best in the market, by senior analysts and specialists in each function. Accuracy is very high: ready to replace most of the analysis and leave the last word to the manager, who signs the report.

Who it's for

For each side of the table.

Investors

A portal that answers only from public documents

Ask and get a dated, cited answer; the question becomes an agenda item for the next call. Retail investors receive the company's notices with double opt-in and one-click unsubscribe.

Companies

IR that fits a B3 company's budget

Portuguese, free official data, entry-level tier. The CEO reads why the stock moved every trading day; the CFO sees multiples against the peer median and covenants at every ITR; the IRO approves and files.

Advisors

An IR seat on the board and data for directors

The Virtual Board's Investor Relations seat reads return, calendar and signals every month; the monthly scorecard goes out as PDF for the board, with the credibility of public commitments.

What it does not do.

Limits by design, stated plainly.

Does not file on ENET or EDGAR, does not publish on websites or social media: the IRO approves and files outside the module.
Does not answer investors without approval and does not recommend buying or selling; does not clear insider trades on its own.
Does not read the PDF of CVM filings (reads title and category) and does not estimate: without a source, it says 'no data'. LSE and Euronext are out of scope for this cycle.

Questions about Open Capital

No. It is for companies listed on B3, in any segment, with or without ADRs on the NYSE or Nasdaq. The other five ValueONE modules do not depend on it.

Let's talk

See IR running on real data.

The guided demo walks through 46 steps across the eighteen tabs with Iochpe-Maxion (MYPK3) and four real peers: public data comes from the sources live, internal IR data is illustrative and marked. Closing deletes the whole journey.
