Virtual Board
What does the board decide this month?
Ten AI board members read the month's package, cross-check their readings and deliver the agenda, reports and pre-read for the real meeting. Status comes from the engine's yardstick; the AI writes on top of it.
- 0standard AI seats, plus IR
- 0documents in the monthly package
- 0status yardsticks
- 0months in the financial model
- 0outside perspectives before the board
- 0drill-down levels, down to the cell
The table: 10 chairs, 43 rulers.
Each AI chair reads its share by its own ruler (25 are adjustable). When two disagree, the cross debate goes to the agenda with both readings.
The month, in six beats.
Package, reading, agenda, pre-read, meeting, minutes. The arc advances day by day and the next month restarts with the new package.

The status ruler.
Three bands and the dot of the current value; the dot slides when the new package arrives. The status comes from the engine's ruler; AI writes on top.
Not a chat. These are agents trained by practitioners.
The analysis is not done by the language model. It is done by autonomous and semi-autonomous agents, configured by you, trained on best practices and on the processes built by boutiques and market specialists: benchmarks, the business's competition, regulation and the routine of people who have done this for decades.
We built the intelligence from the best in the market, by senior analysts and specialists in each function. Accuracy is very high: ready to replace most of the analysis and leave the last word to the manager, who signs the report.

The portfolio company read every month, by your own yardstick
Status by the engine's yardstick, 25 thresholds adjustable per company and the board's track record: how much it delivered, error per seat, the assumptions that missed most. An M&A proposal without a DD is critical.
Arrive at the meeting with the pre-read ready
The CEO delivers the package, or connects the modules, and gets the agenda, reports and questions per executive. Whoever delivers documents uses a portal by link, no login, valid for 90 days.
A board member with ten readings in hand
Each seat brings a suggestion with cost, owner and deadline, a benchmark with a named source and questions for the executive. The cross-debate shows where the areas disagree; the decision is yours.
Rule map: 8 seats × 8 rules.
Status comes from the engine, not from AI. Green, amber, red and grey.
The ritual in 4 steps.
Documents, readings, cross-debate, agenda and pre-read: what the agent runs on its own every month at 9:30.

Questions about Virtual Board
No. It prepares the real meeting: agenda, reports and pre-read dated for the meeting. The real board member approves the agenda, the minutes come back to the module and decisions get an owner and an outcome. Disagreement between seats becomes the board member's decision.
