Judicial Reorganization
Is the company on track with the court, and with its cash?
Keeps a company in judicial reorganization demonstrably within what the court expects, from filing to closing, and ties that to what it needs to stay alive: cash, suppliers, payroll, taxes and the plan. One case for the debtor, the judicial administrator and the restructuring firm, with creditors through the portal.

Quorum by class, before the meeting.
Classes I and IV by head; II and III by value and by head (art. 45). When one class rejects, the art. 58 cram down checks all three requirements. Always a simulation, until the judicial administrator confirms the minutes.
Four dates, never just one.
Release, publication, notice and the start of the term are stored separately, and the engine counts by each channel's rule. Law 11,101 terms run in calendar days.

October 2026. Weekends count within the 15 calendar days; the 10/12 holiday pushes publication and the start. Same term, two channels, one day apart. The administrator's website is never a starting point.

One case, three rings of access.
The case sits at the centre. With login, the three profiles that work on it; by link, creditors and the invited debtor; outside the platform, those who receive the documents. The server checks the role on every response, including what goes to the AI.
From filing to closing.
Six steps of the case, in the order the proceeding moves and with who does each one.
Five signals and the week that breaks the cash.
Café Serrano: a 13-week cash flow starting at R$ 2M, with an R$ 800k floor. In week 6 a customer delays R$ 900k and the balance drops to R$ 750k: the liquidity signal turns red and the risk is created with cause, amount and a suggested action. Each signal has its own rule; no single score.
The payment order, stamp by stamp.
Simulated, scheduled, two approvals by different people, exported, confirmed, reconciled and published on the creditor's statement. The platform schedules, approves, exports and reconciles; the company's bank or ERP makes the payment.

Not a chat. These are agents trained by practitioners.
The analysis is not done by the language model. It is done by autonomous and semi-autonomous agents, configured by you, trained on best practices and on the processes built by boutiques and market specialists: benchmarks, the business's competition, regulation and the routine of people who have done this for decades.
We built the intelligence from the best in the market, by senior analysts and specialists in each function. Accuracy is very high: ready to replace most of the analysis and leave the last word to the manager, who signs the report.

The reorganization that gets lost in the deadlines.
A company in crisis runs the proceeding with whatever team is left: deadlines counted by hand, creditor lists that diverge with every version, proofs of claim by email and a monthly report nobody can build from the data.
See it in fifteen seconds.
From filing to closing, one single case.
Debtor, judicial administrator and law firm in one case; creditors through the portal.

Questions about Judicial Reorganization
No. The case portal is public for what is public: notices, lists with masked tax IDs and no addresses, published reports and the proof of claim or dispute form. What is personal, such as tracking the request and seeing the statement, opens through a link sent to the claim's email, which expires within hours. Bank details never go through the portal: changing an account requires a signed document, confirmation through the registered email, dual approval and a 48-hour hold.

The guided demo walks through 30 steps across the fifteen tabs with two fictional cases: Metalúrgica Horizonte, where the organization is the administrator, with a confirmed plan and 241 claims, and Café Serrano, a debtor just granted the proceeding with week 6 below minimum cash. 'Finish and delete' removes the sample.
