1. Who we are

The ValueONE site (valueone.disruptx.ai) presents the ValueONE suite, which runs on the AgentONE platform. Both are offered by DISRUPTX TECNOLOGIA LTDA · CNPJ 48.618.499/0001-21 · Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 1811, sala 1119, Jardim Paulistano, São Paulo/SP, CEP 01452-001.

2. Controller and processor

DisruptX is the controller of the data of people who visit this site and of people who request a demo.

On the AgentONE platform, DisruptX is the processor of the data each client company registers. In those cases the client company is the controller and should be contacted first. Processing on the platform follows DisruptX's Privacy Policy, at disruptx.ai/privacidade.

3. Data this site collects

Only what is needed to answer your request:

• Demo request: name, work e-mail, company, module of interest, the day and time you chose and the page language.
• Visit origin: the campaign parameters of the link (utm), when the link has them.
• Technical access data: IP, date and time, browser and page, logged by the hosting provider.
• Direct contact: if you write to the e-mail or message the WhatsApp shown on the site, we handle what you send through those channels.

4. What we use it for and on which legal basis

We use the data for specific purposes, each with its basis in the LGPD (art. 7):

• Answering the demo request, confirming the time and sending a proposal: steps prior to a contract, at the data subject's request (item V).
• Access logs and protection against fraud and abuse: legal obligation under Brazil's Internet Civil Framework, and legitimate interest (items II and IX).
• We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

5. Who we share it with

With providers that run the service, each only as far as needed:

• Vercel: site hosting.
• Supabase: the AgentONE platform database, in São Paulo, where the demo request is recorded in DisruptX's sales calendar.
• Resend: delivery of the request's confirmation and notice e-mails.
• Meta (WhatsApp) and Google (corporate e-mail), only when you reach us through those channels.

6. International transfer

The platform's database and servers are in São Paulo. Some providers, such as hosting and e-mail, process data outside Brazil, mainly in the United States, with contractual and security safeguards compatible with the LGPD (art. 33).

7. Security

HTTPS connection; an isolated organization per client company on the platform; access by profile, module and tab; credentials in a separate vault; audit trail; periodic backups. In an incident with relevant risk, we notify the ANPD and the people affected. No system is fully immune to incidents.

8. How long we keep it

• Demo requests and contacts: up to 24 months after the last contact.
• Access logs: at least 6 months, as Brazil's Internet Civil Framework requires.

9. Your rights

Under the LGPD (art. 18), you may request confirmation and access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, portability, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent. Write to contato@disruptx.ai. We may ask you to confirm your identity. You may also complain to Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

10. Data deletion

Send an e-mail to contato@disruptx.ai with the subject "Data deletion", stating the e-mail or phone you used. We complete the deletion within 15 days, unless the law requires us to keep it. Data belonging to a platform client company is forwarded to that company.

11. Cookies

This site uses no cookies, no visit measurement and no advertising, and loads no third-party resources in your browser. On the AgentONE platform, only the strictly necessary cookies to keep the login secure.

12. Children and teenagers

The site and the platform are aimed at companies and are not intended for anyone under 18.

13. Changes

The date at the top shows the version in force. Relevant changes are announced on this site.

14. Contact and data protection officer
