1. Who we are and acceptance

This site is offered by DISRUPTX TECNOLOGIA LTDA · CNPJ 48.618.499/0001-21 · Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima, 1811, sala 1119, Jardim Paulistano, São Paulo/SP, CEP 01452-001. By using the site or sending the demo request, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Anyone acting on behalf of a company states that they have the power to do so.

2. The site and its content

The site presents the ValueONE suite and its modules. Information may change without notice. Nothing here is a commercial proposal: hiring depends on a specific proposal or contract, which prevails over the site.

Screens, numbers, companies and cases shown come from fictitious journeys created for the demo. They are not client data.

3. Demo request

The request holds a slot in DisruptX's sales calendar and stays pending until confirmed by e-mail. We may propose another time when the chosen one cannot be met. Please give truthful details and a work e-mail.

4. Artificial intelligence in the modules

On the platform, deterministic engines measure and the AI reads, calculates, suggests and drafts; the decision, the signature and the sending stay with a person. AI answers may contain errors and must be checked. No content on the site or the platform is legal, accounting or investment advice.

5. Permitted use

You may not:

• use the site for illegal purposes or to send spam;
• try to access other organizations' data or bypass access controls;
• test security without DisruptX's written authorization;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the site or the platform;
• overload the site on purpose, including with automated requests.

6. Links and third parties

The site links to third-party channels, such as WhatsApp and LinkedIn, which follow their own terms and policies.

7. Intellectual property

The site, texts, screens, videos, software and the ValueONE, AgentONE and DisruptX brands belong to DisruptX or its licensors. Using the site transfers no rights over them.

8. Availability and liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the site. The content is informational and provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DisruptX is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the site.

9. Changes

The date at the top shows the version in force. Continued use after a notice of change means agreement.

10. Governing law and venue

Brazilian law applies. The courts of São Paulo/SP are chosen, except for the consumer's home court when the law so requires.
